HB1: TX 2012-13 Budget Discussion

It is a beautiful and serious day in Austin, Texas, as the House discusses and debates the Texas 2012-13 Budget, reviewing its overall approach as well as fine points. Also known as HB1, this bill seeks to reduce spending. If wasteful spending is indeed cut and taxes not raised, Texas will preserve its conservative future where limited government and fiscal responsibility allow Texans to remain free from overbearing government regulations.
