Texas 82nd Legislature: Special Session Snapshot

Quick snapshot on the special session currently before the 82nd Legislature. In a meeting yesterday with the Texas Public Policy Foundation, the discussion related to the bills currently circulating the Senate and House. These include fiscal and education bills along with Congressional Redistricting and the Health Care Compact. The legislatures will debate several of these bills over the next few days. There is a possibility that the TSA and Sanctuary City bills, respectively, will get included in the mix as well.
